By using the site you confirm you have read this information. If you do not accept it — stop using the site. Opening the page is not consent to marketing.
We are not responsible for services linked from here — Booksy, Instagram, Google. Their own rules apply there.

What data
Contact from the site: phone, e-mail, rental enquiry.
Booksy booking: name, phone, e-mail, service, time. Booksy runs its own platform; we use those data for the visit.
In the salon: data needed to perform and invoice the service.
Hosting may keep technical logs (IP address, request time) — only for the site to work and stay secure, not for ads and not to locate you.

Service and booking — GDPR art. 6(1)(b).
Reply to contact — GDPR art. 6(1)(f).
Accounts, tax, complaints — GDPR art. 6(1)(c).
We do not run a newsletter, an account on this site, or profiling. We do not sell, swap or publish data.
If commercial messages ever appear, only after a separate consent — until you withdraw it.

Protection
We use organisational and technical measures to limit unauthorised access, loss, destruction and disclosure.
Liability for unlawful use of data — under GDPR and Polish law.
We are not liable when the person concerned disclosed the data, they were shared with their consent, or they were already public for reasons beyond us.

Recipients
Booksy — online bookings.
Google — Gmail, the map, fonts.
The site host.
Accounting and authorities when the law requires it.
Instagram: the site only has links to profiles. After you open them, Meta processes data under its own rules. We do not use a Meta ads pixel.

Retention
Contact: for as long as correspondence is needed.
Service and accounts: as bookkeeping law requires, usually 5 years from the end of the tax year.
Data in Booksy: under Booksy’s rules.
If the basis is consent — until you withdraw it. We do not keep data “with no end date”.

Cookies
We do not use Google Analytics, an ads pixel or marketing cookies.
Google Maps and fonts may set files on Google’s side.

Rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection — within GDPR.
Send a request by e-mail. We reply within a month.
You may also complain to the President of UODO, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw, uodo.gov.pl.

Complaint and dispute
Before a court case, send a complaint by e-mail. We reply in writing within 30 days of receipt.
Please contact us first — usually the matter can be cleared without proceedings.
If there is no agreement, the dispute is heard by a court under Polish law. Polish law and GDPR apply.
The complaint path does not limit the right to complain to the President of UODO.
